Why is a security fence necessary for New Covenant Christian School?

Crime is a problem everywhere in the world, but where poverty exits, the likelihood of crime tends to increase. New Covenant Christian School has experienced the theft of building supplies and other items in the past. We also want the children to be safe while they are at the school, so a security fence around the property where the school is located is extremely important. The fence will be constructer of masonry and include gated entries for people and vehicles. Total estimated cost TBD
